I founded Semzo Consulting to offer leaders something increasingly rare: direct access to senior strategic judgement, clarity of thought, and grounded guidance at moments that matter. I work one-to-one with organisations navigating complexity, uncertainty, or stalled growth—helping them move decisively from ambiguity to confidence.
My work is underpinned by accredited strategic leadership and management capability. Alongside an LLB (Hons) and an MSt from the University of Cambridge, I have completed the CMI Senior Leadership Apprenticeship, achieving Chartered Fellow (FCMI) status. This represents formal accreditation in strategic management, organisational leadership, and evidence-based decision-making, ensuring my advisory practice is both intellectually rigorous and professionally assured.
Over more than twenty years across business and senior public-sector leadership, I have led mission-critical programmes, advised senior leaders on strategic priorities, and supported organisations through periods of pressure and change. Central to my approach is a strong diagnostic capability, shaped through extensive experience leading and conducting both internal and external investigations. This enables me to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and translate complexity into clear, proportionate, and actionable strategy.
My work extends into the commercial environment, where I have strengthened operational performance, enhanced customer engagement, and aligned service positioning and brand strategy with sustainable growth. Throughout, I combine analytical clarity with practical judgement, ensuring insight remains people-centred, context-aware, and focused on long-term value.

Semzo Consulting is intentionally boutique. I believe guidance is most effective when it is personal, evidence-led, and delivered with care. I work one-to-one with leaders, partnering closely to understand the distinct dynamics of their organisation and to provide clarity where complexity, pressure, or uncertainty prevail.
